(A) Notes to Applicants
| 1. | “Letting Scheme for Subsidised Sale Developments with Premium Unpaid” (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme”) also allows the eligible owners of the designated subsidised sale flats with premium unpaid of Hong Kong Housing Society (hereinafter referred to as “HKHS”) or Hong Kong Housing Authority (hereinafter referred to as “HA”) to let their entire flats, under the terms and conditions as stated by the relevant government authorities and HKHS, to eligible White Form Applicants. |
| 2. | The “Certificate of Participation - Tenant (White Form)” (hereinafter referred to as “Tenant Certificate (White Form)”) of “Letting Scheme for Subsidised Sale Developments with Premium Unpaid” (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme”) is only open for application to persons who met the following requirements:

| 3. | Please read the Application Guide for applicants (“Application Guide”) carefully before completing this online application. 【Application Guide】 |
| 4. | Application Period: From September 2026, the application deadline is subject to the 3,000 quotas of successful transactions, and will be announced at the designated website of the Scheme (lettingscheme.hkhs.com) in due course. |
| 5. | The Applicant must attain the age of 18, and must have lived in Hong Kong for at least seven years on the date of application. If the applicant and/or any person(s) listed on the application form (if any) are the owners of any subsidised housing schemes and/or their spouses, tenants of PRH of HA or Rental Estate units of HKHS and/or their spouses, they are not eligible to apply under the Scheme. |
| 6. | All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled. All the information provided by the applicant must be true; otherwise, the application will be disqualified. |
| 7. | Each person may only be listed in one application form for Letting Scheme (including online application, and application by mail or in person). Should duplicate applications be found, HKHS reserves the right to cancel all related applications. The application fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable. |
| 8. | The application fee of HK$400 shall be paid online by PayPal or specified credit cards.![]() |
| 9. | The applicant will instantly receive an Online Application Record (with Application No.) vide this webpage and email as provided by the applicant after successfully submitted the application form and paid the application fee online. The applicant may print or save a copy of the said Online Application Record for reference or enquiries in future. |
| 10. | If you have submitted an application form by mail or in person, please do not submit an online application again. Should duplicate applications be found, HKHS reserves the right to cancel all related applications. |
| 11. | HKHS reserves the right to reject any applications. |
| 12. | Notes on Collection of Personal Data The personal data collected in the AF are solely used for processing the applications under the Scheme and its related matters. HKHS may also use the information for statistical surveys or researches, and may for such purpose contact the Applicants. When vetting the application, HKHS has the right to compare and match the personal data provided in the AF with the relevant personal data collected for other purposes (manually or otherwise) in order to ascertain whether such information is false or inaccurate or misleading, and may take appropriate action against the person(s) concerned on the basis of the result of the data comparison and matching. The Applicants and their Family Members shall also authorise HKHS to disclose, verify and match the relevant information with HA, Housing Department, other government departments, government bureaux, operating organisations of subsidised housing projects/schemes, public/private organisations/companies, relevant employers or HKHS’s existing records, and further agree for HA, Housing Department, any government departments, government bureaux, operating organisations of subsidised housing projects/schemes, public/private organisations/companies, relevant employers to provide HKHS with the Applicants’ and/or their Family Members’ personal data in their possession for the purpose of comparing or matching the information in the AF.
